The O'Brien Sailing Center, named for the Foundation's founder Dennis O'Brien, gives students the opportunity to learn how to sail while sharpening their academic and social skills. This structured learning environment encourages students to learn to take healthy risks and develop confidence while participating in a fun, athletic activity. The O'Brien Sailing Center serves several hundred students each year including students in Living Classrooms' summer programs and area schools.
